تلكthose المكارمnoble qualities لاnot يُوَرثنare inherited عنfrom رِقَبِslaves (literally, necks)
تلك المكارم لا يُوَرثن عن رِقَبِ
Beneficence and generosity were glory and honor.
Glory and generosity were honor and nobility
Those noble qualities are not inherited from slaves.
Those virtues are not inherited from ancestors
