وأنت ربيعنا في كل محل
إذاwhen المِهداةthe generous gift-giving woman قيلit was said لهاto her العفيرُthe woman who gives no gifts
إذا المِهداة قيل لها العفيرُ
And you are our springtime in every drought,
You are our springtime in every place
when even the gift-giving woman is called ungiving.
