أخوهمtheir brother فوقهمabove them وهمwhile they are الكرامthe noble ones
أخوهم فوقهم وهم الكرام
And how many people there are among the clans
Among people are those
Whose brother stands above them, noble though they are!
Whose brothers are above them, and they are the virtuous
