أُرَيصِعُ حَلّافٌ عَلى كُلِّ بَيعَةٍ
وَآدَرُand swollen-scrotumed مُستَلقٍlying on his back بِمَكَّةَin Mecca أَعفَلُafflicted with genital swelling
وَآدَرُ مُستَلقٍ بِمَكَّةَ أَعفَلُ
A little, small-penised fellow, swearing oaths over every sale;
The fox prowls around every ruin
and swollen-scrotumed, lying on his back in Mecca, afflicted with genital swelling.
While the hyena lies sprawled in Makkah, worthless
