Yet my love is a garden of its own,

the meanings of love its fresh flowers.

Whenever we stood face to face, our glances stole

conversations of love, all of them thefts.

heedlessness sweetens the hopes of youth.

that have passed, and call to them in a fading voice:

Answer! Is it true you will not return? Look:

since you left, our stumbles have only worsened.

How long, how long live on, when love has passed?

And why, and why, this misery and these regrets?
