مراميها الجليلة والدقيقة
And so they did not elude your understanding and reflection—
So you were not mistaken in understanding and consideration
Their lofty and subtle purposes.
Of its noble and precise aims
وكمand how many مغزىa meaning خفيhidden أبرزتهbrought it to light
وكم مغزى خفي أبرزته
عبارتكyour phrasing المصفاةrefined الأنيقةelegant
عبارتك المصفاة الأنيقة
And how many a hidden meaning was revealed
And how much hidden meaning you brought out
By your refined, elegant phrasing.

وكمand how many أحجيةa riddle تأبىresists حلولاsolutions
وكم أحجية تأبى حلولا
