1. هَبَّ زَهْرُ الرَّبِيعْ

    فِي نِظَامٍ بَدِيعْ

    Spring's blossoms sprang up

    In a wondrous array

  2. تَحْتَ أَقْدَامِهَا

    وَعَوالي الغصُونْ

    Beneath her feet.

    And the tops of the boughs

  3. نَكَّسَتْ لِلْعُيُونْ

    نَضْرَ أَعْلامِهَا

    Lowered before the eyes

    The fresh bloom of their banners.

  4. وَبَدَا في حُلَى

    وَجَهِهَا مَا جَلا

    And there appeared in the adornments

    Of her face what revealed

  5. نُورَ إِلهَامِهَا

    إِنَّ هَذِي عَرُوسْ

    The light of her inspiration.

    Indeed, this is a bride;

  6. تَتَمَنَّى النُّفُوسْ

    سَعْدَ أَيَّامِهَا

    Souls wish

    Happiness for her days.

  7. لَمْ يُوَفِّ البَيَانْ

    فِي مَقَامِ القِرَانْ

    Eloquence did not do justice,

    On the occasion of marriage,

  8. حَقَّ إِكْرَامِهَا

    فَانْتَقَى لِلثَّنَاءْ

    To the honor due her;

    So it chose, for praise,

  9. مِنْ فُنُونِ الغِنَاءْ

    خَيْرَ أَنْغَامِهَا

    From the arts of song,

    Their finest melodies.

  10. نَجْمُهَا فِي صُعُودْ

    فَلْتَدُمْ وَالسُّعُودْ

    Her star is on the rise;

    So may she live on, with good fortune

  11. رَهْنَ أَحْكَامِهَا

    Bound to her decrees.
