أَيُّهَاO you المُسْتَشَارُthe counselor لِلرَّأْيِon matters of judgment قَدْindeed أَنْصِفْتَyou have done justice
أَيُّهَا المُسْتَشَارُ لِلرَّأْيِ قَدْ أَنْصِفْتَ
بِالمَنْصَبِto the office العَزِيزِesteemed المُنَالِhard to attain
بِالمَنْصَبِ العَزِيزِ المُنَالِ
O counselor in matters of judgment, you have indeed done justice
to the esteemed office, so hard to attain.
فِيin دُجَىthe darkness المَعْضِلاَتِof difficult problems رَأْيُكَyour judgment هَادٍa guide
فِي دُجَى المَعْضِلاَتِ رَأْيُكَ هَادٍ
وَأَوْلُوand those who hold الأَمْرِauthority رَأْيُهُمْtheir opinion فِيكَof you عَالِis high
وَأَوْلُو الأَمْرِ رَأْيُهُمْ فِيكَ عَالِ
In the darkness of difficult problems, your judgment is a guide,
and those in authority hold you in high regard.
