عادَreturned الحَبيبُthe beloved اليناto us بعدafter غيبتهِhis absence
عادَ الحَبيبُ الينا بعد غيبتهِ
كالبدرlike the full moon اشرقhe shone فيناamong us بعدafter مغربهِhis setting
كالبدر اشرق فينا بعد مغربهِ
The beloved returned to us after his absence.
The beloved has returned to us after his absence
Like the full moon, he shone among us after his setting.
Like the full moon shining on us after its setting
فَقلتso I said لماwhen تَبدىhe appeared للمؤَرِّخto the chronicler ذاthis
فَقلت لما تَبدى للمؤَرِّخ ذا
هُوَhe الحَبيبُthe beloved المُفَدىّthe cherished one مَنthe one whom سُرِرتُI rejoiced بِهِin him
هُوَ الحَبيبُ المُفَدىّ مَن سُرِرتُ بِهِ
So, when he appeared, I said to the chronicler: “This
So I said when he appeared to the one longing for him
is the cherished beloved, the one in whom I have rejoiced.”
He is the beloved, the ransomed one, whom I rejoiced in
Sol 6.1
