نشرنا برودَ الانس في كل محضرِ

A boy came to the sons of al-Tawa; at his arrival,

We unfurled the mantles of delight at every gathering.

فَوافى الهنا يدعو اباهُ مؤَرِّخاً

فَوافى الهنا يدعو اباهُ مؤَرِّخاً

لَقَد حَلَّ فضل اللَه عندك فابشرِ

لَقَد حَلَّ فضل اللَه عندك فابشرِ

Then joy arrived, addressing his father and marking the date:

“God’s grace has indeed alighted with you, so rejoice!”
