لبيكَ هَذا القلبُ بين يَديكا
مُتشفِّعاًseeking intercession بكَthrough you فيconcerning الوصالِunion إليكاto you
مُتشفِّعاً بكَ في الوصالِ إليكا
At your call—this heart lies in your hands,
At your service—this heart lies before you,
invoking you as its intercessor, that it may be joined to you.
Seeking your intercession with yourself for union.
تبكيweeps عليهِover it عينُهُits eye بدموعِهاwith its tears
تبكي عليهِ عينُهُ بدموعِها
منfrom فضلِthe surplus ماwhat يبكيit weeps بهنَّwith them عليكاover you
من فضلِ ما يبكي بهنَّ عليكا
Its eye weeps over it with its tears,
Its eye weeps over it with its tears,
from the overflow of those it sheds for you.
From the surplus of those it sheds over you.
إنindeed الفؤادَthe heart وماand what يليهِsurrounds it مدنَفٌgravely ill
إن الفؤادَ وما يليهِ مدنَفٌ
وشفاؤُهُand its cure مِماfrom what بهin it بيَديكاin your hands
وشفاؤُهُ مِما به بيَديكا
Indeed, the heart and all that lies beside it are lovesick,
Indeed, the heart and what surrounds it are gravely ill,
and its cure from what ails it rests in your hands.
And its cure for what ails it lies in your hands.
جُدbe generous بالوصالِwith union فإننيfor indeed I لكfor you وامِقٌa lover
جُد بالوصالِ فإنني لك وامِقٌ
فالبُرءُfor healing والأسقامُand illnesses طَوعُat the command of يَدَيكاyour hands
فالبُرءُ والأسقامُ طَوعُ يَدَيكا
Grant union generously, for I am your devoted lover;
Grant me union, for I am in love with you;
for healing and sickness alike obey your hands.
