فَإِنْso if يَكُbe مُوسىMoses كَلَّمspoke to اللهُGod جَهْرَةًopenly
عَلَىupon الطُّورِthe Mount المُنِيفِlofty المُعَظَّمِvenerated
So if God spoke openly to Moses
If Moses spoke to God openly
upon the lofty, venerated Mount,
On the glorious, revered Mount
فَقَدْthen indeed كَلَّمspoke to اللهُGod النبيَّthe Prophet محمَّداًMuhammad
عَلَىat المَوْضِعِthe place الأَعْلَىhighest الرَّفِيعِexalted المُسوَّمِdistinguished
then God has indeed spoken to the Prophet Muhammad
Then God spoke to the Prophet Muhammad
at the highest, exalted, distinguished place.
In the highest, most exalted place
وَإِنْand if تَكُbe نَمْلُants البَرِّthe land بالوَهْمِthrough thought كَلَّمتْspoke to
سُلَيْمانَSolomon ذاpossessor of المُلكِdominion الذيwho ليسwas not بالعَمِيblind
And if the ants of the land spoke through thought
And if the ants spoke to Solomon
to Solomon, possessor of dominion, who was not blind,
Through delusion, to the king with matchless reign
فهذاthen this is نَبيُّProphet اللهِof God أحْمدُAhmad سَبَّحتْglorified God
صِغَارُsmall الحَصَىpebbles فيin كَفِّهِhis palm بالتَّرْنُّمِwith melodious chanting
then here is God's Prophet, Ahmad: praise was sung
Then this is God's Prophet Ahmad
by tiny pebbles in his palm, with melodious chanting.
Whose palm even pebbles glorified with psalms
