طَعَنّا طَعْنَةً حَمْراءَ فِيهمْ

طَعَنّا طَعْنَةً حَمْراءَ فِيهمْ

حَرامٌ رَأْبُها حَتَّى المَماتِ

We dealt them a blood-red thrust;

We stabbed them with a crimson stab,

its healing is barred until death.
