رَفَعناwe shifted away الخُموشَthe scratches عَنfrom وُجُوهِthe faces of نِسائِناour women
رَفَعنا الخُموشَ عَن وُجُوهِ نِسائِنا
إِلىto نِسوَةٍwomen مِنهُمamong them فَأَبدَينَso they laid bare مَجلَداًskin
إِلى نِسوَةٍ مِنهُم فَأَبدَينَ مَجلَداً
We shifted the scratches away from the faces of our women
We unveiled our women’s faces
Onto women of theirs, who then laid bare their skin.
