The sons of Qays ibn Hanzala frequent al-Nibaj,
And al-Qaryatayn, with thieves and lodgers.

As though he had neither kin nor wealth?

Because Qurhan was reviled—was neither brilliant nor exalted.

Who find in it a refuge of warmth and shade.”
