Buthayna said: O Jamil, you have aroused my suspicions.
Buthainah said, “O Jameel, have you doubted me?”
So I said: Both of us, O Buthayn, are suspect.
So I said, “We both doubt, O Buthainah.”
وَأَريَبُناand the more suspect of us مَنwhoever لاnot يُؤَدّيfulfills أَمانَةًa trust

وَلا يَحفَظُ الأَسرارَ حينَ يَغيبُ
And the more suspect of us is one who fails to honor a trust
And the one who doubts us is one who does not fulfill a trust,
and does not keep secrets when he is absent.
Nor keeps secrets when absent.

Distant to one who seeks no favor,
It is far for one who does not seek a need.
but close to one who has a need.
As for one who has a need, it is near.
