وَكَأَنَّand as though صَدّيقَthe eminently truthful one الوَرىhumankind
وَكَأَنَّ صَدّيقَ الوَرى
بِالحَقِّwith the truth يَنطِقُspeaks عَنthrough لِسانِهِhis tongue
بِالحَقِّ يَنطِقُ عَن لِسانِهِ
And it is as though the truthful one of humankind
As if my friend of the world
