مِثلُ الَّذي يَرجو البُلو
غَcompletion of “reaching” إِلىto الكَواكِبِthe stars وَهوِwhile he is مُقعَدunable to walk
غَ إِلى الكَواكِبِ وَهوِ مُقعَد
Like one who hopes to reach
Like one who hopes to reach the stars
the stars, though he cannot walk.
