Many an ailment has its cure in their home

Or at their neighbors’, yet they do not know.
Or with neighbors but they do not know
تكشفreveals الصدفةchance يوماًone day نفعهits benefit
تكشف الصدفة يوماً نفعه
بعدafter ماthat (temporal connector) ماتdied الألوفthe thousands الأولونthose who came before
بعد ما مات الألوف الأولون
Chance one day reveals its benefit

After the thousands who came before have died.
