مولايَ قد وافى حِماك مهنِّئا

عامٌ يُصاحِبه الصَفاءُ رِفيقا

عامٌ يُصاحِبه الصَفاءُ رِفيقا

My lord, to your haven has come, bearing congratulations,

My lord, your protector has come to congratulate you

A year with serenity for its companion.

A year accompanied by serenity as a companion

يُهدي لِسُدَّتِك الكَريمة كلَّ ما

يُهدي لِسُدَّتِك الكَريمة كلَّ ما

تَهوى كما يُهدي الصَديقُ صَديقا

تَهوى كما يُهدي الصَديقُ صَديقا

It brings to your noble threshold all that

That presents to your noble presence all that

You desire, as a friend gives gifts to a friend.

You desire, as a friend presents to a friend

فَاِهنَأ به فَالسَعد قال مؤرِّخا

فَاِهنَأ به فَالسَعد قال مؤرِّخا

عامٌ يبشِّر بِالهَنا توفيقا

عامٌ يبشِّر بِالهَنا توفيقا

So rejoice in it, for Fortune said, recording its date:

So congratulate yourself with it, for fortune has recorded

A year that brings Tawfiq glad tidings of joy.

A year that heralds success and well-being
