وَجُملَةُand all ضَربِهِhis playing ضَربٌa beating
وَجُملَةُ ضَربِهِ ضَربٌ
لِمُدَّرِعٍfor an armored man وَمُتَّرِسِand a shield-bearer
لِمُدَّرِعٍ وَمُتَّرِسِ
And all his playing is a beating
And his blow altogether a blow
For an armored man and a shield-bearer.
Against an armored and shielded one
