ياO غيرةَjealousy اللهof God قدindeed عاينتyou have witnessed فانتقميso take vengeance
يا غيرةَ الله قد عاينت فانتقمي
تلكthose النساءُwomen وماand what منهنagainst them يرتكبُis perpetrated
تلك النساءُ وما منهن يرتكبُ
O jealousy of God, you have seen—so take vengeance—
O jealousy of God, you have witnessed, so take revenge,
those women and what is perpetrated against them.
Those women, not one of them abstains,
هبsuppose الرجالَthe men علىfor أجرامهاtheir crimes قتلتwere killed
هب الرجالَ على أجرامها قتلت
ماwhat بالthe plight of أطفالهاtheir children بالذبحby slaughter تنتهبare plundered
ما بال أطفالها بالذبح تنتهب
Suppose the men were killed for their crimes;
Inspire the men against their crimes to kill them,
why are their children snatched away by slaughter?
Why are their children seized to be slaughtered
