هَذاthis مَقامٌa seat لِلمَعارفِfor learning قَدindeed غَداhas become
هَذا مَقامٌ لِلمَعارفِ قَد غَدا
بِبَهاءِwith the splendor of أَنوارِthe lights of المُخلِّصِthe Savior مُشرِقاradiant
بِبَهاءِ أَنوارِ المُخلِّصِ مُشرِقا
This seat of learning has become
This is a station for the gnostics that has become
radiant with the splendor of the Savior’s lights.

وافىcame مُؤرِّخُهُits chronicler فَخَطَّand then he inscribed بِبابهِupon its door
وافى مُؤرِّخُهُ فَخَطَّ بِبابهِ
قَدindeed لاحَhas appeared صُبحُthe dawn of العلمِknowledge فيin فَلكِthe celestial sphere of التُقىpiety
قَد لاحَ صُبحُ العلمِ في فَلكِ التُقى
Its chronicler came and inscribed upon its door:
Its chronicler has adorned its gate,
The dawn of knowledge has appeared in the celestial sphere of piety.
For the dawn of knowledge has shone in the heavens of piety.
