وشبيه قد فاقَ فوق الصحابِ
O peerless one who has risen above every rival
O Fareed, you have surpassed all peers,
And equal, surpassing his companions.
And an unmatched one who has transcended the companions.

You have possessed perfection in body and nature,
And made beauty your finest veil.
And have taken beauty as the best veil.

Qasim, be safe, live on, and remain secure
Be resolute, accept, shed tears, and be safe
From the calamities of time and the ages,
From the vicissitudes of time and turns of fate.

في زهى الروض من صفاء السحابِ
As long as the grove's nightingales sing with love
The nightingales in the valleys did not sing love songs
Amid the garden's splendor, born of the clouds' purity.
In the beauty of the garden with the clarity of clouds.
