يامَن يَخافُ أَن يَكون

ما يَكون سَرمَدا

ما يَكون سَرمَدا

O you who fear that whatever comes to be

O you who fear that it will last—

may last forever—

whatever comes to pass—forever,

أَما سَمعتَ قَولَهُم

أَما سَمعتَ قَولَهُم

إِن مَعَ اليَوم غَدا

إِن مَعَ اليَوم غَدا

have you not heard their saying:

Have you not heard their saying:

“Surely, with today comes tomorrow”?

Indeed, with today comes tomorrow.
