فتقودand thus lead نفسكyourself للأذىto harm بزمامby a rein
فتقود نفسك للأذى بزمام
Never drink immediately after eating,

lest you lead yourself by the reins toward harm.

واجعلand make غذاءكyour nourishment كلevery يومday مرةonce
واجعل غذاءك كل يوم مرة
واحذرand beware of طعاماًfood قبلbefore هضمdigestion of طعامfood
واحذر طعاماً قبل هضم طعام
Make your nourishment one meal each day,
And take your nourishment once each day,
and beware of eating before a meal has been digested.

واحفظand preserve منيكyour semen ماas much as استطعتyou can فإنهfor it is
واحفظ منيك ما استطعت فإنه
ماءthe water of الحياةlife يراقis poured out فيin الأرحامthe wombs

Preserve your seed as best you can, for it is
