سَمينُthe fat one قُرَيشٍof Quraysh مانِعٌwithholding مِنكَfrom you نَفسَهُhimself
سَمينُ قُرَيشٍ مانِعٌ مِنكَ نَفسَهُ
وَغَثُّand the lean one قُرَيشٍof Quraysh حَيثُwherever كانَhe may be سَمينُfat
وَغَثُّ قُرَيشٍ حَيثُ كانَ سَمينُ
The fat one of Quraysh withholds himself from you;
And the lean one of Quraysh, wherever he may be, is fat.
