Time has grown sweet, and Fate has come apologizing
Time has grown pleasant, and the age has come apologizing
for what it wrought, while every night is bright-browed.
for the wrongs it wrought; all the nights are radiant.

You have left the enemy as captives bound in chains,
And you have left the foes as chained captives,
cast into Hell, where they blaze within their fetters.
scorched by the blaze, burning within their shackles.

How, then, could the world not shine and boast?
