أُهَيْلَO dear ones وُدِّيmy affection نِداءَcall صَبٍّa lovesick man

O dear ones I love, hear a lovesick man's call:
My love calls out at dawn
Love has wasted him away—nay, melted him.
Melted by passion, dissolved by desire
أرادَhe wished يَشْكُوto complain لَكُمْto you (plural) هَواهُhis passion

He wished to complain to you of his passion,
He wished to confess his love to you
so the letters of his writing burst into flame.
But his words caught flame on the page
