كُنْ كَمِثْلِ البازِ حالاً
فيin انقِباضٍreserve وسُلوكِand conduct
في انقِباضٍ وسُلوكِ
Be like the hawk in your bearing,
Be like the falcon now
in reserve and conduct:
In withdrawal and passage
مُسْتَجِنّاًkeeping hidden فِيin الفَلاةِthe wilderness
مُسْتَجِنّاً فِي الفَلاةِ
أوor عَلىupon أيْدِيthe hands of المُلوكِthe kings
أو عَلى أيْدِي المُلوكِ
hidden away in the wilderness,
Seeking prey in the desert
or upon the hands of kings.
Or on the wrists of kings
