الدِّين يشكو بَلِيّه

Religion laments an affliction
Religion complains of its plight
from a faction of logicians.

لاnot يشهَدونthey attend صلاةًa prayer
لا يشهَدون صلاةً
الاexcept لمعنىfor the sake of التّقيهdissimulation
الا لمعنى التّقيه
They attend no prayer
Who do not attend prayers
except for the sake of dissimulation.
Except for the sake of piety
ولاand not تَرىregards الشّرعreligious law الاexcept
ولا تَرى الشّرع الا
سياسةgovernance مدنيهcivic
سياسة مدنيه
And they regard religious law as nothing but
You do not see Islamic Law
civic governance,
Except as civil politics
ويؤثِرونَand they prefer عَليهover it
ويؤثِرونَ عَليه
مذاهباًdoctrines فلسفيهphilosophical
مذاهباً فلسفيه
and they prefer over it
