وإذاand when كَلمتَyou have become accomplished (assuming كَمُلتَ was intended) تَعلُّماًin learning فاعمَلthen act بهupon it
وإذا كَلمتَ تَعلُّماً فاعمَل به
إنَّindeed الفَعَالَaction هوit الكمالُperfection الثانيthe second
إنَّ الفَعَالَ هو الكمالُ الثاني
And when you have become accomplished in learning, act upon it.
When you gain knowledge, act upon it,
Indeed, action is the second perfection.
For action is perfection's second phase.
