يقول أخي شجاك رحيل جسم

وروحك ماله عنا رحيل

My brother says, “A body's departure has grieved you,

My brother said your body's departure grieves,

yet your soul does not depart from us.”

But your soul from us does not take leave.

فقلت له المعاين مطمئن

فقلت له المعاين مطمئن

لذا طلب المعاينه الخليل

لذا طلب المعاينه الخليل

So I told him, “One who sees firsthand is reassured;

I said meanings find peace and calm,

that is why the Friend, Abraham, asked to see.”

So the friend desired their company.
