فَلَمso did not يَزَلcease يَشرَبُhe drinks منfrom رحيقٍpure wine
فَلَم يَزَل يَشرَبُ من رحيقٍ
صُبحاًin the morning يُمَجُّis poured forth منfrom فَمِthe mouth of الإبريقِthe pitcher
صُبحاً يُمَجُّ من فَمِ الإبريقِ
So he kept drinking pure wine,
He continued drinking the nectar
In the morning, poured from the pitcher's mouth,
Morning poured from the pitcher's mouth
يُسَلِّطُhe directs المَاءَthe water علىupon الحريقِthe fire
يُسَلِّطُ المَاءَ على الحريقِ
ويَغرِسُand he plants اللؤلؤَthe pearls فيin العَقيقِthe carnelian
ويَغرِسُ اللؤلؤَ في العَقيقِ
Directing water upon the fire,
He poured water on the blaze
And planting pearls in carnelian.
