حصدتَ ما زرَعوا فرَّقت ما جمعوا

عطلت ما شرعوا أبطلت ما عملوا

You reaped what they sowed; you scattered what they gathered.

You reaped what they sowed, scattered what they gathered

You halted what they began; you nullified what they did.

You invalidated what they instituted, nullified what they did

وقد تحقّق أهلُ الشرك أَنّهُم

وقد تحقّق أهلُ الشرك أَنّهُم

إن سالموا سلموا أو قتلوا قُتلوا

إن سالموا سلموا أو قتلوا قُتلوا

And the polytheists have indeed realized that

The idolaters have realized that they

if they make peace, they will be safe; or if they kill, they will be killed.

Will be safe if they make peace, or killed if they fight
