رأَيتُ سراراً على رأسه

عمامة دارَتْ على قَرنهِ
I saw Sarār: atop his head,
I saw Sarar, upon whose head
a turban coiled around his horn;
a turban was wound around his temple.

as though, from his sallow hue, it were a turd—
In its yellowness, it looked like a turd,
and perhaps it had trickled down his chin.
and perhaps it ran down his chin.
