إذا كان أنهار المعارفِ أربعة
علىaccording to عددthe number of الأخلاطthe bodily humors والحكمand judgment أمعهa mere follower (uncertain reading)
على عدد الأخلاط والحكم أمعه
If the rivers of knowledge are four,
If the rivers of knowledge are four
Matching the number of humors, and judgment is a mere follower,
Equal to the humors and wisdom altogether
وذلكand that حكمjudgment الحقِّthe Real فيin حقِّregard to خلقهHis creation
وذلك حكم الحقِّ في حقِّ خلقه
فأينthen where يكونwould be الشخصُthe person قالhe said أناI معهwith Him
فأين يكون الشخصُ قال أنا معه
And that is the Real's judgment concerning His creation,
And that is the rule of truth in the right of His creation
Then where would the person be? He said, "I am with Him."
Then where can the person be? He said: I am with Him
