وإنْ كان في سيرٍ إلى الذاتِ قاصِداً

وإنْ كان في سيرٍ إلى الذاتِ قاصِداً

فشطر صلاةِ اليوم تنقص ما عدا

فشطر صلاةِ اليوم تنقص ما عدا

And if he journeys, aiming toward the Essence,

Though you may travel inward, seeking the self

then you shorten the day's prayers by half, except

Half of the day's prayer is less, all else as well

صلاةٌ صباحٍ ثم مغربٍ شاهداً

صلاةٌ صباحٍ ثم مغربٍ شاهداً

لسرٍّ خفيّ في الصَّباحِ وفي المسا

لسرٍّ خفيّ في الصَّباحِ وفي المسا
