قد جاءك القول يا موسى على قدر
والقولُand the word ماwhat is بينbetween متروكٍset aside ومقبولand accepted
والقولُ ما بين متروكٍ ومقبول
The word has indeed come to you, O Moses, as decreed.
The word has come to you, O Moses, as was ordained
And the word lies between being set aside and being accepted.
And the word is either neglected or accepted
