فررتُ إلى الرحمن أبغي التصرّفا
بسطوةِthrough the might of جبارٍthe Compeller ورحمةand the mercy of مصطفىthe Chosen One
بسطوةِ جبارٍ ورحمة مصطفى
I fled to the All-Merciful, seeking the power to act,
I fled to the Most Merciful seeking control,
Through the might of the Compeller and the mercy of the Chosen One.
