ولستُ لمن أجالده بغير

ولستُ لمن أجالده بغير

جزاء إذ أجالده كفاحا

جزاء إذ أجالده كفاحا

And for the one I fight, I am not without

I do not fight against one with enmity

requital, when I fight him face to face.

Without reward if I fight against him struggling

ولكني أجالد فيه نفسي

ولكني أجالد فيه نفسي

وأبغي الفوز فيه والنجاحا

وأبغي الفوز فيه والنجاحا

But in this I fight my own self,

But I fight against myself within him

and seek victory in it and success.

And I want success in it and prosperity
