لِمَ أَخَّرتَني وَقَدَّمتَ غَيري
أَناI حالٌa circumstantial adjunct وَغَيرِيَand someone other than me اِستِفهامُan interrogative
أَنا حالٌ وَغَيرِيَ اِستِفهامُ
Why did you put me last and someone else first?
Why did you delay me while advancing others?
I am a circumstantial adjunct, while the other is an interrogative.
I am a statement while others are a question.
