كَم ذا التَّبَظرُمُ زائِداً عَن حَدِّهِ

ما كانَ قَبلكَ هَكَذا الحُدبانُ

How long will this swaggering overstep its bounds?

How excessive is this boastfulness beyond proper bounds

Hunchbacks were not like this before you.

Never before were the humps like this

فَحِرِ امّ مُلكٍ أَنتَ مالِكُ أَمرِهِ

فَحِرِ امّ مُلكٍ أَنتَ مالِكُ أَمرِهِ

مَن أَنتَ يا هذا وَما بيسانُ

مَن أَنتَ يا هذا وَما بيسانُ

So fuck the mother of a kingdom whose affairs you control!

Take care, O mother of a king, you are the owner of his affair

أَظهَرتَ فَضلَ تُقىً وَفَضلَ تَعَفُّفٍ

ما طالَ في اللَيلِ البَهيمِ سُجودُهُ

ما طالَ في اللَيلِ البَهيمِ سُجودُهُ

إِلّا لِيَركَعَ فَوقَهُ السودانُ

إِلّا لِيَركَعَ فَوقَهُ السودانُ

His prostration in the pitch-black night lasted so long

Not long does the beast prostrate in the night

Only so that black men might bow over him.

Except for the black ones to bow over it

فَإِذا سَمِعتَ سَمِعتَ أَمراً مُنكَراً

فَإِذا سَمِعتَ سَمِعتَ أَمراً مُنكَراً

وَإِذا رَأَيتَ رَأَيتَ لا إِنسانُ
