فِداؤُكَ كُلُّ مَن أَمسى لِبُخلٍ
نَداهُhis bounty كَأَنَّهُas though it were عَلَمٌa proper name مُنادىcalled upon in direct address
نَداهُ كَأَنَّهُ عَلَمٌ مُنادى
May everyone be your ransom whose stinginess has made
His bounty like a proper name in the vocative.
