يا جَمالَ الدُّنيا وَيا زينَة الدِّي

نِ وَيا عِصمَةَ التُّقى وَالرَّشادِ

Oh beauty of the world and ornament of religion

And protector of piety and guidance

ما رَأَينا سِواكَ مُنذُ عَرَفنا النَّا

سَ بَدرا أَو في عَلى الأَعوادِ

We have seen none like you since we came to know people

A full moon or one high on the branches

أُشهِدُ اللَّهَ أَنَّ وَجهَكَ يَومَ ال

عيدِ عيدٌ لَنا مِنَ الأَعيادِ

I bear witness before God that your face on feast day

Is for us a celebration above all celebrations
