أَمّاas for القبابthe domes فَقَدso indeed أَراهاI see them شُيِّدَتwere built
أَمّا القباب فَقَد أَراها شُيِّدَت
وَعَسىand perhaps أمورٌthings بَعدَafter ذاكَthat تَكونُwill occur
وَعَسى أمورٌ بَعدَ ذاكَ تَكونُ
As for the domes, I indeed see that they have been built.
And perhaps things will come to pass after that.
عَبدٌa slave عَرَتbecame manifest مِنهُfrom him خَلائِقُtraits جَهلِهِhis ignorance
عَبدٌ عَرَت مِنهُ خَلائِقُ جَهلِهِ
إِذwhen راحَwent forth وَهوَwhile he was مِنَfrom الثَّراءِwealth سَمينُfat
إِذ راحَ وَهوَ مِنَ الثَّراءِ سَمينُ
A slave whose ignorant traits revealed themselves,
When he went forth, fat with wealth.
