عدمتكُم نصارى مصرَ كُفُّوا

عدمتكُم نصارى مصرَ كُفُّوا

فكمْ آذيتمونا مِنْ طريقِ

فكمْ آذيتمونا مِنْ طريقِ

May I be rid of you, Christians of Egypt—desist!

You abandoned the Christians of Egypt, so stop

For you have harmed us in many a way.

How much you have persecuted us

حريقُ النارِ قدْ عجلتموهُ

حريقُ النارِ قدْ عجلتموهُ

فأجَّلْنا لكمْ نارَ الحريقِ

فأجَّلْنا لكمْ نارَ الحريقِ

You have indeed hastened the blaze of fire;

The fire you hastened

so we have deferred the burning fire for you.

So we postponed for you the fire of blaze
