إنَّindeed المقاديرَthe decrees of fate إذاwhen ساعدَتْlent aid
إنَّ المقاديرَ إذا ساعدَتْ
ألحقتِput on a par العاجزَthe incapable one بالحازمِwith the resolute one
ألحقتِ العاجزَ بالحازمِ
Indeed, when fate lends its aid,
When destiny lends a hand
it puts the incapable on a par with the resolute.
It enables the incapable to keep pace with the capable
