هرمَhas grown old الصبرُpatience عليكمover you (plural)
هرمَ الصبرُ عليكم
والمنىand hopes دونَshort of البلوغِattainment
والمنى دونَ البلوغِ
Patience has grown old because of you,
Patience over you has grown frail
And hopes fall short of fulfillment.
And wishes remain unfulfilled
