يحبسُ في الردةِ مَنْ
شاءَhe wishes بغيرwithout شاهدِa witness
شاءَ بغير شاهدِ
He imprisons for apostasy whomever
He imprisons in suspicion whomever
he wishes, without a witness.
He wishes without witness
لاmay … not كانَhe exist منof; as قاضٍa judge حكىresembled الthe
